Refund policy

At DW/E, we know that sometimes things happen. Sometimes that blue is just the wrong shade or you thought you wanted limes and turns out you wanted a margarita. All is good. Just contact us within 30 days, we will get a return label created for you, and the return postage will be deducted from your original purchase. 

If you prefer to exchange for another product, we will still initiate a return but no fees will be charged if you are within 30 days. We are here to help you get that room transformed. We look forward to seeing your smiles and photos in the Social-sphere sooner rather than later.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
